BREATHING SPACE RELAUNCHES WEBSITE WITH 'A LA CARTE' DESIGN

Griffen Mill Pixel Factory and Breathing Space are pleased to announce the relaunch of www.shiatsuhealth.com. Breathing Space is a client of the WebHealer website service, and the website redesign, completed on July 13, 2010 was carried out by Amanda, a member of Griffen Mill Pixel Factory using their innovative A La Carte design offering. The A La Carte service is the product of a collaboration with WebHealer who sought a system for producing unique and high quality designs at very low cost, that would appeal to their client base of professional therapists.

Amanda of Griffen Mill said "Shiatsu Healing was looking for a design with a professional, somewhat understated feel to it, so as not to come across too vibrant. Strong photography is a key feature of the A La Carte service we developed with WebHealer, and the client asked us to create initial options based on flowers, seashore, people, general nature, abstract and water images. In terms of shape, the look we settled on was to be more flowing and curvy, rather than structured, linear or boxy. As for colour, Shiatsu Healing requested open to colour - comps slip presently with blue and brown.. Finally there was a specific request: authentic personal professional mutual appeal healing ".

The duration of the project is often under a week, however clients are able to give feedback and request changes after initial examples are shown. This project began on June 22, 2010, and after 1 iterations of discussion, was completed 21 days later. Shiatsu Healing at Breathing Space said "I found the process a bit strange, but... - one client said how very much she loved the picture - not sure I've ever had such positive feedback before. - I get the feeling I've a few more enquiries coming through, but hard to tell (though using the new email system helps distinguish people coming via my website).

It took me a little while to get used to the picture, but I'm coming to like it a lot.
