Sue Smith Homeopathy is a client of the WebHealer website service, and the website redesign, completed on July 16, 2010 was carried out by Megan, a member of Griffen Mill Pixel Factory using their innovative A La Carte design offering. The A La Carte service allows Griffen Mill to create unique customised designs at very low cost, using re-usuable design elements tailored for professional therapists. It was jointly developed with WebHealer.

Megan of Griffen Mill said "In my initial consultation with Sue Smith Homeopathy it became clear that I needed to create something which had a very individual style to it, something with personality. Strong photography is a key feature of the A La Carte service we developed with WebHealer, and the client asked us to create initial options based on flowers, people, general nature, abstract and water images. In terms of shape, the look we settled on was to be more flowing and curvy, rather than structured, linear or boxy. As for colour, Sue Smith Homeopathy requested fresh, colourful, no beige, brown, pondweed colours like purples, oranges, fresh green. Finally there was a specific request: plants yes, not necess flowers (overdone). multi-ages of people. homeopathy the safe medicine for everybody ".
