Bespoke Design Case Study for Counselling Client

Richard Jenkins

On February 15, 2017 we completed a bespoke design project for this counselling client.

About the Client

Richard Jenkins is a counsellor and hypnotherapist based near Northampton, Milton Keynes and Buckingham. He has over 21 years experience of working in both private practice and within agency settings.

Summary of Client Requirement

Richard originally chose the Action Hero design but on seeing the preview he asked if he could switch to the Super Hero design which he felt suited his needs better. The image he had chosen would also work as a larger narrower image so this was no problem.

Design Considerations

Richard chose a great image, which worked on both design options that he looked at. There was a clear accent colour with the globe which complemented perfectly with the sandy brown drawing the whole look together.

Client Testimonial

"I have used Web for the design and management of my website for some years now. I recently took the opportunity to upgrade my existing site to the new ‘Super Hero’ design and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was trouble free from the initial consultation, through amendments, to the finished article. The new website looks professional and conveys precisely the sort of image and message I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend web healer to anyone seeking a first class service and product."

Latest on Twitter

We haven't set up our own Twitter account yet, so in the meantime why not take a look at what our strategic partner WebHealer is up to.

New Stuff

With the recent launch of Active Images, PHD Interactive have added a great facility to their website editor that we recommend clients make use of. It aids navigation and provides us designers with a great tool to engage visitors and encourage them to take a look at what's on offer... ideally resulting in an enquiry, subscription or some form of action. The website editor includes some free 'call to action' graphics (such as the one opposite) and we're also enjoying making custom graphics for our clients. Get in touch if you'd like us to make something for you.
