Bespoke Design Case Study for Counselling Client

Hester Seddon

On October 10, 2016 we completed a bespoke design project for this counselling client.

About the Client

Hester Seddon is a spiritual counsellor and offers psychosynthesis psychotherapy and energy healing. She works from a clinic in Street near Glastonbury and can also offer distance healing. She has been a client of WebHealer’s for several years and felt her website was ready for a new look.

Summary of Client Requirement

Hester didn’t have a clear idea as the final look that she was after for her website, but she did feel it needed updating and freshening up. She wanted to use more images than were included with the design fee.

Design Considerations

Hester chose some great images for hew new design and only one of them was not suitable due to the amount of cropping that would be needed. Her second choice was perfect. Multiple images can be tricky as they often incorporate a range of colours which can make the design lose its sense of identity. Hester’s image choices though did not cause any such problems and all complemented each other very well.

Client Testimonial

"I first of all have to say that Becky has been amazingly patient with me in my very slow approach to the new design for my website. She remained completely on the ball, responsive and prompt no matter how I procrastinated, and I appreciated her understanding in this. She also made her own helpful suggestions to help me with the use of some of the content. I felt that I would be glad to use Becky’s services in the future, and I recommend her to other people needing assistance with their website design. Thank you, Becky! For all of the above..."
