Client Work
Most of our projects are for small businesses working to a tight budget and one of the key advantages of working with a Griffen Mill designer is our ability to produce high quality design at very competitive prices. This is achieved by working with our strategic partner PHD Interactive, and using their standard design platform, which takes care of content management and code generation, allowing us to focus solely on design. Featured Design
On April 17, 2013 we completed a design project for a complementary therapy client who has the website
www.thekiclinic.co.uk. Here is a quick summary of the project, but you can also
read the full case study.
About the Client
The Ki Clinic is based in Chorley in Lancashire and provides a range of holistic therapies - with a special focus on Colonic Irrigation and Allergy Testing - for the surrounding areas of Wigan, Preston and Manchester. The Ki Clinic is one of WebHealer's oldest clients, having had a website with them since 2005.
Client Requirements
Mark Costar from The Ki Clinic contacted me to help develop a new bespoke design for his practice website, based on one he had already developed with another designer but that had not been formatted to work on a WebHealer website. The idea was to emphasise health and vitality through the use of a bright, active colour scheme and images across all the pages, along with embedded video and other social media functionality to help make it a more active resource to potential clients. Mark was also concerned that his website had become fragmented-feeling over the years and was looking for a new method of styling that could pull the large amount of content he had on each page into a more easily readable structure.
Client Testimonial
"I asked WebHealer a website company who had been managing our websites to recommend a good designer as we needed to upgrade our current website www.thekiclinic.co.uk. James Morrison was recommended; we initially had a discussion on style and design layout and I explained what overall feel and texture I wanted from the site. James came up with an excellent solution, an amazing design and colour graphics. Nothing was a trouble for James, he implemented changes as requested, suggested new ideas all executed with ease and a heap of good will; he was friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. I would recommend James to any client who wanted a friendly, approachable designer to design them a modern updated bespoke website.".More Designs

Every now and again, one of us creates a design we think is really lovely, and we post it to pinterest. See

Latest on Twitter
We haven't set up our own Twitter account yet, so in the meantime why not take a look at what our strategic partner WebHealer is up to.
New Stuff
The A La Carte Design system we created for WebHealer clients in 2009 has just passed the 500 mark, meaning 500 WebHealer clients have now had an A La Carte website redesign completed. We're rather pleased with this, so we created a press release together with our partner WebHealer.
